Managing Director

Jason is the founder of Cheyne Construction with over 25 years' experience in luxury refurbishments, listed building restorations and complex basement developments. Under his leadership, the company has become a trusted name within the prime residential sector, recognised for delivering exceptional properties to the highest standard.

As Managing Director, Jason is responsible for the strategic direction and continued growth of the business. Working closely with private clients and professional consultants, he develops long-term relationships, secures new commissions and provides executive oversight across all projects.

Collaborating with the senior leadership and delivery teams, he ensures every project reflects Cheyne Construction's commitment to quality, transparency and client service.

Alan Locke

Commercial Director

Alan brings more than 30 years of commercial management and quantity surveying experience to Cheyne Construction.

As Commercial Director, Alan is responsible for the overall financial and contractual performance of projects, providing rigorous cost management, accurate financial forecasting, and strategic oversight from inception through to completion. His proactive approach ensures projects are delivered with financial certainty while maximising quality and value.

Focused on collaboration, Alan works closely with clients, consultants, project managers, specialist sub-contractors and suppliers, to build trusted partnerships and achieve outstanding project outcomes.
